All products conform to UKCA standards and are durability tested.

It is possible in some cases that loose ends from inside the plushie can make their way out, this does not mean the plushie is unraveling and does not create a hazard. You can push these threads of yarn back into the plushie through the stitch that it exited from using a pen/pencil.

While safety eyes are used on our plushies, small parts can become loose. Adult supervision is required for all of our products, and any plushie with safety eyes is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
